| 8:1 | 耶稣下了山，有好多群众跟着祂。 |
| And when He came down from the mountain, great crowds followed Him. |
Enlightenment:
The coming down of the King from the mountain signifies that the heavenly King has come down from the heavens to the earth. He comes firstly to reach the Jews, for undoubtedly the leper here represents the Jewish people. The heavenly King came down from the heavens to bring salvation firstly to the leprous Jews. According to Romans chapter one, salvation is for the Jews first and then for the Gentiles (v. 16).

王下了山，表征属天的王从诸天来到地上。祂来了，首先临到犹太人，因为这里患麻疯的人无疑是代表犹太人。属天的王从诸天下来，首先把救恩带给患麻疯的犹太人。照着罗马一章，救恩是先给犹太人，后给外邦人。（罗一16。）
