约翰福音-John 20章18~19 节…
那搅动池水的使者,象征颁赐律法的经手人,这律法不能赐人生命。(加三19,21。)搅动池水使人痊愈,表征实行守律法,想要使人完全。他看见水动的时候就充满了期望,但他无法及时赶上前去。因为他无能,不能行动,所以他得不到医治。照样,因着我们的软弱,我们不能遵守律法。律法是好的,圣别的,属灵的;律法本身没有问题,问题在于我们。
惟独祂是在复活里活着的一位。成为肉体是头一步骤,钉十字架是第二步骤,复活是第三步骤,藉此主就使自己便于作我们的生命。

When the Lord came, Martha was the first one to meet Him (11:20). But before the Lord could say anything, Martha opened her mouth and gave forth another opinion:
The Lord has the resurrection life, the resurrection power, but it needs our cooperation. It needs our submission. What is our submission? It is simply the giving up of our opinion. You must forsake your opinion and allow the Lord to speak.
主的复活是惟一的神迹。在教会的建造上,常常有人像犹太人一样向我们挑战,要看我们能行什么神迹。我们不该受试诱想要行神迹。我们必须跟随主耶稣,让我们自己被治死,然后基督就要在复活里显明出来。这就是在建造上所需要的神迹,表号。为着建造教会,惟一的神迹乃是在复活里的生命。
住棚节是在收割结束时,人已收藏了五谷和酒。(申十六13~14。)所有的庄稼都已收割了,人聚在一起守住棚节,与家人甚至仆人共享一切。我们必须知道,在住棚节时,人不再劳苦,因为工作已经完毕,庄稼都已收割,谷和酒都已收藏了。那是他们欢腾享受的时候,但他们仍是干渴!
The Lord told us to wash one another’s feet.
The brother, Lazarus, became seriously ill, and the sisters sent a message to the Lord, which means that they prayed to Him (11:3). There is nothing wrong with prayer. If you are in trouble, you must send a message to the Lord. At any time you can send a word to Him.
主首先指明,为了赐人生命,祂要成为灵。然后祂说,祂所说的话就是灵,就是生命。这表明祂所说的话,乃是生命之灵的具体化身。现今祂在复活里是赐生命的灵,而这灵又具体化于祂的话。我们运用灵接受祂的话,就得着那是生命的灵。
The Holy Spirit is the reality of all things, and we are to be witnesses of the Spirit of reality.

因为我们是人,我们都有人的生命。问题不在于人的生命究竟是好是坏。我们人的生命无论是那一种,只要我们没有神圣的生命,我们就需要重生。重生的意思就是在我们人的生命之外,再得到神的生命。神永远的定旨就是要人作器皿来盛装神的生命。
To remain in the fellowship of the Lord maintained by the foot-washing requires the strength of resurrection life. We can never do it by our natural man.
国度总是与生命有关。植物国度与植物生命有关;动物国度与动物生命有关。你若要有分于某种国度,你首先需要那个国度的生命。只有鸟才能有分于鸟的国度,因为只有鸟才有鸟的生命。照样,只有人才能有分于人的国度,因为只有人才有人的生命。因此,若无神的生命,我们怎能有分于神的国?
This warns us that the real foot-washing is only for the people who are genuinely in the fellowship with the Lord.
Lord never comes to improve you or to regulate your behavior. He always comes to enliven you. The Lord’s only intention is to impart Himself to you as the enlivening life.
The Lord said that He will give sight to those who cannot see, but that He will make blind those who claim to see. This is a serious vindication of the Lord. Thus, we must be humble and not proud.

One day, though we all may die, we will all be resurrected. Throughout the whole universe this will be the greatest victory, the victory that will testify that the Lord is the resurrection. However, even in our daily life we may have the foretaste of the ultimate victory of that resurrection.
Here we see the case of a man who had died, who had been buried for four days, and who had begun to stink. Nevertheless, he was resurrected.
