| 10:1 | 耶稣叫了十二个门徒来，给他们制伏污灵的权柄，可以赶逐它们，并医治各样的疾病，和各种的症候。 |
| And He called His twelve disciples to Him and gave them authority over unclean spirits, so that they would cast them out and heal every disease and every sickness. | |
| 10:2 | 这十二使徒的名字是：头一个，称呼彼得的西门，还有他的兄弟安得烈；西庇太的儿子雅各，和他的兄弟约翰； |
| And the names of the twelve apostles are these: first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; and James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother; |
Enlightenment:
The authority here to cast out unclean spirits and heal diseases is a foretaste of the power of the coming age (Heb. 6:5), that is, of the millennium, in which all demons will be cast out and all diseases healed (Isa. 35:5-6).
An apostle is a sent one. Now the twelve disciples (v. 1) were to be sent, thus becoming the twelve apostles. In sending out the twelve apostles, the Lord arranged them in pairs: Simon Peter and Andrew, James and John, Philip and Bartholomew, Thomas and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Cananaean and Judas Iscariot. We need to be impressed with this principle. We all must be paired.

这里赶逐污灵和医治疾病的权柄，乃是豫尝来世，就是千年国的能力。（来六5。）在那里所有的鬼都要被赶出，各样的疾病也都要得医治。（赛三五5～6。）
使徒就是受差遣的人。现在十二门徒（太十1）就要受差遣，因而成为十二使徒。主差遣十二使徒时，把他们安排成对：西门彼得和安得烈，雅各和约翰，腓力和巴多罗买，多马和马太，亚勒腓的儿子雅各和达太，热烈派的西门和加略人犹大。我们需要牢牢记住这原则。我们都必须是成对的。
